The work of representing a premium residence does not divide neatly. A buyer becomes an owner; an owner becomes a landlord; a landlord, in time, sells. The services below are simply the names we give to what an advisor does at each stage — and the same small team carries them through.

We carry a deliberately narrow brief. We answer every enquiry ourselves. Nothing is listed, let, or taken on for management that we would not be willing to live in.

Every engagement, regardless of the service, follows the same quiet rhythm.

Step 01

An Honest Brief

A first conversation — by appointment, in person or by call — to understand what you actually want. We say no when it is the right answer.

Step 02

A Considered Shortlist

We bring forward only what fits. Three or four residences, properly prepared. Photographs, plans, neighbourhood notes, fair valuations.

Step 03

A Quiet Negotiation

Terms agreed in writing, diligence run carefully, paperwork drafted bilingually. We carry the detail; you stay close to the decision.

Step 04

An Orderly Handover

Move-in, settling-in, and a single point of contact through the tenancy or ownership. Small issues never become large ones.
